Message during a very specific temperature range. Please don't ask me what that range is off the top of my head as my name is not Bernie. Anywho, my PRVR solenoid was bad, so eliminating it made my car start better. No problems to report after over two years. In my opinion, it is not needed and yet another unecessary potential source for vacuum leaks which could be hard to find since part of the system is hidden behind the driver's fender well.
